Last updated: April 2026
1. Scope of Services
Blackstone Enforcement provides anti-piracy enforcement services including but not limited to the detection, verification, and removal of unauthorized IPTV streams, live broadcasts, and digital content distributed without proper authorization from rights holders. Our services are available to content owners, broadcasters, and authorized representatives acting on behalf of rights holders.
2. Service Agreement
By engaging Blackstone Enforcement's services, you agree to provide accurate information regarding content ownership and authorization. You represent that you have the legal authority to request enforcement actions on behalf of the rights holders you represent. All enforcement requests are subject to verification before action is taken.
3. Limitation of Liability
Blackstone Enforcement acts in good faith to remove infringing content based on the information provided by clients. We do not guarantee the permanent removal of all infringing content, as piracy networks may re-establish distribution through new channels. Our liability is limited to the scope of services agreed upon in individual service agreements.
4. Confidentiality
All information shared between Blackstone Enforcement and its clients is treated as confidential. We do not disclose client identities, enforcement strategies, or case details to third parties unless required by law or with explicit written consent.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable international intellectual property laws and the jurisdiction specified in individual service agreements. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration or the courts of the agreed-upon jurisdiction.
6. Modifications
Blackstone Enforcement reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
